Hello AORN of Orange County 0510 Members:
 
  1. Join us at our Chapter Meeting this Saturday, September 6th 0845-1100.     The meeting is held LIVE which includes a light breakfast, or VIRTUALLY via the TEAMS Meeting appointment below.  We have a NEW MEETING LOCATION at CHOC Children's Hospital.

                The meeting will be held at CHOC Children's Hospital. 2nd Floor; South Conference Rooms A &                                   B. Park in the CHOC parking garage. Cost is $9.

  1. The first hour is the business meeting where we will discuss educational opportunities, community service and support, AORN national news, social gatherings, and finances.  
       3. Following the business meeting, we are pleased to have one of our members, Janet Moran, from      Advanced Sterilization Products, present a free 1-hour CE presentation titled "Test Your Knowledge: O.R. Edition".  Janet will create a fun and educational create forum that will test your knowledge on best practices in sterile processing, operating rooms, and endoscopy units.  Come listen to Janet explore topics including instrument and care, flexible endoscopes, surgical attire, and general knowledge.  RSVP is not required.  
      4. The annual Chapter bylaws and policy manual review will take place from 1100-1300ish.  Please review the bylaws prior to the meeting and come with your proposed revisions.  You can access them on Nursing Network. After log on, Choose: My groups > Orange County Chapter of AORN > Bylaws.
