Description of Responsibilities
The Clinical Liaison RN position is responsible for interfacing directly with clinicians within referral sources in order to facilitate a home infusion referral. This may include providing assistance in the discharge planning process when appropriate. The Liaison works in conjunction with the Territory Manager or Chief Strategy Officer to plan, organize, research, and perform marketing activities to increase revenues and profitability.

Responsibilities include the following:
- Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and Territory Manager to create and execute account business and growth plan. Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in maintaining and growing relationships with referral sources.
- Communicate frequently with Chief Strategy Officer and the Territory Manager to discuss opportunities, assess progress, and provide feedback related to promoting the services of Premier Infusion and Healthcare Services.
- Provide the Management Team with intelligence from the field and recommend changes to effect improvement or react to evolutions in the industry and/or particular account.
- Conduct assessments of patients selected by the hospital for possible home infusion care and who could be referred to Premier Infusion and Healthcare Services.
- Educate patients, their families and the facility staff about the services and products provided by Premier Infusion and Healthcare Services.
- If nursing license permits, conduct patient bedside hook-ups for specific therapies prior to discharge home.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records.
- Ability to evaluate options and to make efficient decisions.

- Computer skills that include proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in “layman” terms
Education and/or Experience:
- Must have a High School diploma or G.E.D or higher.
- Must be a Clinician with a License (RN). Two years of experience in the field or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in home infusion services or satisfactory combination of education and experience.
- Must possess prior experience with managed care contracts and marketing techniques.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of reimbursement criteria for third party, government and commercial payers.
- Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to work across organizational lines.
- Must be professional and cooperative with a good aptitude for problem solving.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
